SANDOZ – EZETIMIBE 10MG (CHOLESTEROL)

Ezetimibe is a medication that is used to lower LDL cholesterol levels. This medication works in a unique way to reduce bad cholesterol levels. It does so, by reducing the amount of cholesterol the body is able to absorb. Ezetimibe is of interest to bodybuilders and Anabolic Steroid users because many Injectable Steroids, Oral Steroids, and even SARMS have a negative impact on cholesterol levels. High LDL (bad cholesterol) levels and low HDL (good cholesterol) levels are major factors contributing to heart disease and as such should be taken seriously. Oral Steroids, in particular, are known to cause HDL levels ( good cholesterol) to deteriorate. Though Injectable Steroids and SARMS will also harm cholesterol levels in the long term. Typically, the longer the Steroid or SARM cycle, the worse the impact on cholesterol levels will be.

A good diet and cardio can help prevent Steroids and SARMS from having a drastic negative impact on cholesterol levels, but diet and cardio cannot completely stop all the damage. Bodybuilders will typically use Ezetimibe or some sort of Statin ( A group of medications that reduce LDL cholesterol levels with a different mechanism than Ezetimibe) to try to control cholesterol levels on a long Steroid/SARM cycle. Some bodybuilders will even use the combination of Ezetimibe with a Statin. Most responsible Steroid/SARMS users will have bloodwork done regularly in order to monitor their cholesterol levels and ensure that they are in a healthy range.

Ezetimibe is typically prescribed at 10mg per day, taken with or without food.
