These work as good as the name brand. I don’t find any difference between the 2. Just like the original they last 5-6 days for me. I take one every 5-6 days and I’m good to go at any time with no worries.

Synalis works, take it well ahead of needed use, rock solid, I find it works longer then 36 hours, more like 5-6 days, I don’t really need it but makes me feel like a rockstar, and takes the pressure off if with a new partner lol

“These work amazingly well.
Like the original, it can cause low blood pressure if you’re already on bp meds.
My bp drops about 7 points, which doesn’t matter for me.
They also can cause excruciating leg/buttock pain at night. At first I thought I wasted my money since I couldn’t use these, but I read that others kept taking it at a low dose, using ibuprofen (advill) to manage the pain, and that it eventually subsides. That’s exactly what I did, initially using a pill cutter on 20mg (these don’t cut that well), then getting the 5mg ones and cutting those. Getting roughly 1.25mg/day was enough to trigger the leg pain, and I need the Advil for a couple weeks. Since then, I maintain the 1.25mg daily dose, and use 10mg or 20mg if I think I might actually use it for it’s main purpose. Zero leg pain.
Last issue is that because it relaxes smooth muscle, heartburn is common, especially at night. I’m usually a back sleeper, but have no problem sleeping on either side. Sleeping on my left side prevents heartburn.
All in all, well worth it for the benefits, and the flexibility that 2 days active time gives.
Best taken over 2 hours before needed, but the effects start to kick in after about half an hour. Paroxetine (I use a half dose of the 20mg) works great to prevent PE, taken an 1-2 hours before the main event.
Lastly, not having any excitement or orgasm, unless you’re with a woman physically in your presence, seems to make the meds more effective (or equivalently, you only need a lower dose). By that I mean, no sexting and don’t jerk off.
I was in a dead-bedroom marriage for decades before she left, and got into some bad habits. I was in such poor shape, I was basically afraid of trying to perform in reality. These meds helped immensely in giving me the ability to get back to healthy functioning without the humiliation of not being able to perform. Right now, I can perform reasonably well even without meds — like on a camping trip when I didn’t bring any — and with, I feel like superman.
